working with Amanda was great on getting the zippered bags personalized. She received my order and immediately reached out to me to say thanks. However, the cemetery equipment I purchased (which Amanda has nothing to do with) no one has reached out to me even after I made a call to them directly. I am still waiting for someone to tell me that they have my pre-paid order and give me some idea of when I will receive that product. A lot of things are happening in the world right now and to ask for full payment of an item and no one speaks to you about it makes one wonder what's going on inside the company, $1900 is a lot of money to be ignored. All I want to know is that you have my order and that you are working on it and an estimated ship date. I do not have that information.
